living in my wonderful world of memoriestraining yesterday was terrible! :/
warm up, 8 rounds in 12mins! D:
came in like 12mins plus plus seconds! D:
stretching stretching stretching, followed by
5 sets of 300meteres sprint in 60secs with like 50sec rest intervel! D: D: D:
managed to complete it. but last 2 sets was totally drained! D:
hurrrr.
drills was COOL! hahha. totally LOVE it! :D :D :D
yeah. thats about it.
dined and homed as usual!

my muscles are aching like shit! totally shit! its been quite some time since i suffer such aches after trg. totally suck! rahhh.
i've got school from 9-5 today. but i'm sitting at home blogging now.
