woohoo!
its wednesday alr! and tmr will be thurday and then it would be friday and it'll be weekend again!!!! :D
time really files! hahahha.
i love it! :)

hurrr. and so yesterday during work was all about washing towel and gathering panalist to do sniff test, in another words to smell towels! haha. actually it is to evaluate the fragrance on the towel to test the profile and impact, whether the fragrance is strong or weak and whether we like it or not. yeah.
and today's work was 2 round of washing and parafilming perfume bottles! yeah.
TIRED MAN!!!

did i mention fitness started alr?!
tian ah. tuesday trg was a shock when we saw cones on 4 corners of the pitch!
we did 25 mins of running (not jogging) and on about every 2.5mins interval we must accelerate to about 80% of our speed for about 30secs. wah. damn tired. i mean from my knees all the way down to my ankle is like argh! so tight! so heavy! hurrrrrr.

hmmm. think i got to go alr.
gng to sleep early tonight!
